Look at this broccoli! It’s packed with nutrients and gives you all the good stuff without harming any living being. By choosing plant-based foods like broccoli, lentils, beans, and quinoa, you can nourish your body and still get all the protein you need. There’s no need to kill animals for meat when the earth offers us so many other healthier, cruelty-free choices. So let’s make the change to a more compassionate, sustainable diet and show that we don’t need to eat animals to be strong and healthy. It’s time to let go of the misconception that protein comes only from meat—plants have more to offer than we realize.
