Kay Services Inc. is hiring Direct Support Workers (DSWs) to provide one-to-one support for children with autism across Maryland.

💙 Role Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized, one-on-one support to children with autism
• Assist with daily routines, skill-building, and community integration
• Support behavior goals outlined in service plans
• Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment

🎓 Qualifications:
• Experience supporting children with autism preferred (training provided)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Flexible availability (weekday, evening, and weekend shifts)
• Must meet state background and onboarding requirements
