Pre-qualification link available (doesn't cost anything). Once the form is available everything will easily transfer to the bond form and then you make an online payment. (The form is still not available as of 05/31/2023 @ 10:30am) Surety bonds are based off of your personal credit and that determines the percent you need to pay of the bond amount. As of this morning the OMMA has not yet released the bond form. Pre-qualification is a great way to make sure that once the form is released you have all of your required information transferred over to the bond form and ready for upload into your business portal. Not everyone will pre-qualify at this time as it is based on personal credit but I am working on it! There is no fee to pre-qualify. Any payments needed for the bond will only be accepted once the bond form is available. At this time (5/28/2023 @ 10am), the OMMA has NOT released the form for the bond. If anyone is telling you that you can purchase it now, wait until the form is available because they don't even know what is going to be on it yet. It is not available!
