Consistency is greater than intensity!
You can give your best shot for 4 weeks and see some progress but why would you stop there?!
Why not find something that with consistent efforts over a long period of time (like your lifetime) you constantly see changes!
It’s ok if your nutrition isn’t 💯 every day all day. Be you DO have to be conscious!
It’s ok if you miss a workout here or there. Hell, your body will more than likely thank you for it!!!
You’ve got to think about the long haul. What’s something that you can stay consistent with for a long time and get results!
I’ve got that answer!

Donuts on a Saturday and back to the goods on Sunday!
I love the “work week” mentality! Treat your health like your job!
Monday through Friday we get up, go to work and make that money! Why not do that with your health?!
Of course you can spend a little on Saturday and maybe Sunday but you can’t blow it all on the weekends! You won’t have enough saved up to pay them bills!
In this situation money is proverbial. It’s your calories. You stay in a deficit all week to shed some LB’s and if you “blow your money”.....overeat on the weekends, you just lost that deficit!
Let’s learn how to take that work week mentality and work it to our advantage! Healthy, flexible, sustainable weight loss and muscle building!

It’s Saturday and that can only mean 1 thing.....DONUTS!
I keep reading about this 75hard challenge that you have to do all kinds of crazy things for 75 days straight and if you fail at any of them you have to completely start all over on day one!
Imagine going 65 days, eating one donut and failing the challenge. What kind of crap is that?! What’s the point of doing a challenge if you’re not going to continue to live like that after it’s over anyway? Also, why the hell would you not want a cheat meal for over 2 months?! Forget that mess!
My Fit-N-Four Challenge is to help you promote a healthy lifestyle. One that you can have cheat meals and still reach your goals. One that teaches you the fundamentals of a healthy diet and how we can control our food for our goals...personal goals at that!
Sure you can challenge yourself. It’s good to do challenges but don’t waste your time doing nonsensical challenges that you’re going to torture yourself and not be able to live life!
Let’s start living life on September 7th!
It’s time to take action and roll into the fall putting a plan into action to look good, feel good and be confident! Now is the time!
