My name is Hannah!
I am a licensed massage therapist, Mother of small children, and woman on the cusp 40 and perimenopause!

My journey started in the Spring of 2022. Because I was living life in my body, I had no idea how balancing my hormones would dramatically shift my life!

In the 2.5 years that I have been using the product, I have experienced an incredible shift in deep sleep, decreased feelings of stress, more muscle, less fat, and emotional contentedness with joy, love, peace, and well being!

I am happier in my body and life now then I have ever been. Saying I am grateful for this product is an understatement! I am exuberantly ecstatic to have found something that has shifted my bodily experience to JOY!

What are the benefits of a massage?

Oh man... this is an entire section on the boards for massage. As I am reviewing the information it is amazing to revisit the different body systems and how they are benefited. The endocrine system helps all of the hormones of the body. Your hormones are a HUGE part of how your body works...

I am trying hard not to geek out on all of the terms and how it all connects... the images show the areas of the endocrine stmystem that are impacted by massage. If you donteget regular massage... you should consider it! Your body will thank you. 😊
