As an Iranian healer, I gently invite you to pause.
Please set aside anger, judgment, frustration, and division — even if just for a moment — and offer a kind word to an Iranian today.
Every Iranian with a heart is riding an emotional wave right now… deep sorrow, fear, worry, devastation. Many are unable to reach their loved ones back home. Many are terrified for the safety of family and friends. No matter what “side” anyone stands on, the human heart feels pain the same way.
I humbly ask that you hold the brave and helpless people of Iran — and Iranians everywhere in the world — in your prayers, your thoughts, your compassion.
And please, pray for and hold in the light the heads of countries, military leaders, and their families — on all sides. May wisdom guide them. May clarity soften them. May their decisions be led by humanity and peace.
Millions here in our homeland are grieving and confused. Millions elsewhere feel heartbreak, shock, and uncertainty. This is not a time for more division. This is a time to remember who we truly are.
Let us learn from the peaceful monks and their quiet strength.
Let us remember: we are the ones we have been waiting for.
No tree is foolish enough to fight its own branches — yet when we turn against one another, that is what we become.
This is a sacred moment to pause.
To reflect.
To rise.
To take the higher road — the road of compassion, mercy, and love.
When each of us chooses love, we heal.
And when we heal, we thrive — together.
