Thought I would share this long video of a fun session. Baseball player with a CAM and pincher surgery, never felt the same post op. Discovered some pallette/tounge issues in our assessment. After this and a few more techniques he had substantial relief that he hasn't felt in years. I applied mixed modalities generally following Active Myofascial Therapy (the diamond method) I learned from Irene Diamond, mixed with courses Ive taken from a variation of Postural Restoration Institutes methods from Conor Harris @ Pinnacle Performance Gym. Plus a good 20 years of my own pain and experience in the field.

Big Change here at KS! I have switched to clean certified laundry products. I have always used allergen free oils but now I can ensure my clients their skin won't be exposed to harmful chemicals or hidden fragrances during each session! Hopefully there will be no p**p or spit up to clean 😅
