❤️ Love Yourself First, a Valentine’s Day Energy Check In
Valentine’s Day is often celebrated as a day for romantic love, but as a Reiki practitioner, I invite you to think of it differently: a day to honor all forms of love, starting with the most important one — the love you give yourself.
Our hearts carry not just love, but also past hurts, worries, and fears. On this day, take a moment to tune into your heart energy. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and imagine a warm pink or green light radiating from your heart center, softening any tension or self-criticism.
Here are three simple ways to nurture your heart energy this Valentine’s Day:
💞Simple Heart Chakra Meditation – Place your hands over your heart, breathe, and visualize love filling every corner of your being.Don’t rush it. Stay there long enough to actually feel something shift — even if it’s subtle.
💟Gratitude Ritual – Write down three things you love about yourself and your life. Let your heart feel the warmth of appreciation. Next,whisper those kind things to yourself… and then pause after each one. Let the words land.
Let them settle into your body.
Breathe them in like they’re medicine.
💓Acts of Kindness – Send love outward. A small gesture to someone else radiates positive energy back to you.
💝Remember, love isn’t only given or received—it’s created and cultivated from within. When your heart is open and balanced, you naturally attract more love, joy, and connection into your life.
