This week, we’re focusing on how to better understand those responses and create space for them, instead of pushing them aside.
Join Araceli tomorrow at 5pm to gently explore your experience with grief in this four-week series. Together, you’ll take a closer look at how loss can affect you both emotionally and physically, while learning practical ways to cope and recognize when you might need extra support.
