Grief isn’t something you “get over”—it’s something you learn to move through. And often, it shows up in ways we don’t expect: in our bodies, in our thoughts, and in the quiet moments we can’t quite explain. This week, we’re focusing on how to better understand those responses and create space for them, instead of pushing them aside.

Join Araceli tomorrow at 5pm to gently explore your experience with grief in this four-week series. Together, you’ll take a closer look at how loss can affect you both emotionally and physically, while learning practical ways to cope and recognize when you might need extra support.

Here’s what others have shared:
“I finally felt like I could process things I didn’t have words for before.”
“It helped me understand that what I’m feeling is normal—and that I’m not alone.”
“I left feeling seen, supported, and a little more at peace.”

Condemnation doesn’t always sound loud—it often shows up as quiet habits of self-doubt, pressure, or feeling like you have to earn your worth. This week, we’re building on that awareness by learning how to interrupt those automatic responses and replace them with truth that actually sticks. It’s not just about recognizing the pattern, but practicing a new way of thinking that leads to real freedom over time.

Tomorrow at 6pm, David will be leading another session focused on breaking free from condemnation by combining biblical truth with practical mental health tools. Each week is part of a four-week journey looking at how condemnation impacts our thoughts, emotions, bodies, and spiritual walk—while giving you tools you can actually use in everyday life.

Here’s what others have shared:
“The discussions helped me recognize patterns I didn’t even realize I was stuck in—and gave me a way forward.”
“I walked away feeling lighter, but also equipped with real tools I could use immediately.”
“It’s rare to find a space that feels both spiritually grounding and practically helpful. This has been that.”

Grief doesn’t always look the way we expect it to.

No matter how far you feel you’ve gone, you are not beyond His grace. Condemnation will try to keep you stuck in shame, but that is not where God calls you to live. He calls you into freedom, forgiveness, and relationship with Him.

David will guide you in a four-week cycle class on Breaking Free from Condemnation, every Tuesday at 6 PM. He will go step by step through understanding condemnation, how it impacts your thoughts and identity, and how to begin walking in the truth of God’s forgiveness. Offering practical tools, biblical truth, and support along the way.

So many of us carry thoughts that constantly accuse: you should’ve done better… you’re falling short… you’ll never change. But that weight was never meant for you to carry. Freedom begins when we start recognizing those thoughts for what they are—and replacing them with truth.

Tomorrow at 6pm, David will be leading another session focused on breaking free from condemnation by combining biblical truth with practical mental health tools. This isn’t just about thinking more positively—it’s about learning how to interrupt destructive thought patterns and realign with the identity God has already given you.

This class is part of a four-week journey exploring how condemnation affects every part of our lives—our thoughts, emotions, bodies, and spiritual walk. Each session creates space for honest conversation, reflection, and tools you can actually apply in your daily life.

Here’s what others have shared:
“The discussions helped me recognize patterns I didn’t even realize I was stuck in—and gave me a way forward.”

“I walked away feeling lighter, but also equipped with real tools I could use immediately.”

Have you ever caught yourself being your own harshest critic? Those inner thoughts that say you’re not enough, that you’ve failed too often, or that you’ll never measure up can feel overwhelming. But those voices don’t define you—and they don’t reflect how God sees you.

Tomorrow at 6pm, David will be guiding another session that combines biblical truth with practical mental health strategies. Together, we’ll learn how to recognize and challenge negative thought patterns while reconnecting with the identity God has given us.

This class is part of a four-week cycle focused on understanding how condemnation impacts our thoughts, emotions, physical well-being, and spiritual life. Each session includes open discussion and practical, faith-based tools to encourage healing and growth.

Here’s what others have said:

"The class was designed and implemented for discussion and questions and for me it brought about a sense of a call to action and it brought forth usable content, and tools to tackle where I'm at."

“It created space for real discussion and questions. I left feeling both challenged and equipped with practical tools I can actually use.”

"I've not experienced revelation from a leader in a group like that David is gifted and is a giant in this kind of healing work, thank you!"
