Melaminah I’m here to guide you on your path to self-discovery, healing, and self-empowerment through the powerful practice of yoga nidra.

Melaminah is a certified yoga teacher, belly dance instructor, Reiki Master and shamanic healer. Melaminah's passion is to help others discover and enhance Body Wisdom: the innate language our body uses to communicate what we need at any given moment. Through dance, yoga, and shamanic techniques, she guides others to cultivate a deeper understanding of this language to promote healing and wellness holistically in the body, mind, and spirit.
