-Provide general information to patients over the phone and in person in a courteous professional manner.
-Provide an excellent patient experience by greeting them with a warm welcome and assisting where needed.
-Be sure all intake forms, medical history, consents, and other documents are completed and signed prior to inputting them into patient charts.
-Check insurance eligibility and coverage breakdown for patients prior to their appointments.
-Process patient payments and balance checkouts.
Maintain a neat, clean and organized front desk at all times.
-Work efficiently and productively with fellow team members and maintain a positive work environment.
