I didn’t get into Midwifery because I love babies (I mean I obviously do! These pics are evidence 😅) The sweet and adorable babies are a bonus to being able to sit with, love on, serve and care for Women.
Midwives care for babies too, but there would be no babies without the Women 💪🏾

Mama did amazing and had her second unmedicated birth 💪🏾 Her and baby girl are doing well and we praise God for that! 🙌🏾

This is how hard I’m going for ME this year 😜

One day I’m going to tell y’all all the ways God has transformed my life since I became obedient to my calling. Transformation isn’t even a big enough word to describe what God has been doing in my life 😅 This ride is wild but what is the alternative…

There is power in stepping out on faith and doing not only what you want to do but what you feel called to do (Hugs to you if you’re taking that journey 🫶🏾)

Y’all really showed up for me this year and prayed for me and I appreciate that more than I can ever say. Keep them coming because those prayers carried me 🤎

More everything in 2026! 🙌🏾 More babies, more wisdom and understanding, more rest, more genuine connections and more LOVE ❤️

October & November 🤪
1-2. COC #2 came into this world feet first 👣A beautiful BREECH birth that was literally divinely guided and couldn’t have gone any better. A baby boy born on 10/18
3-4. COC #3 was another perfect baby boy born on 10/24 after Mama labored all night. She had her Christian hypnobirhting playing in the background and candlelight 🥹 It was beautiful!
5. One of my sisters on this journey went back home to NOLA. Thank you for being my shoulder to scream 😅 and cry on. You are missed but I’m so proud of you and all the amazing things you’re going to do. NOLA is blessed to have you 🤎 A future Midwife who gets it 😉 My soul sister 🤞🏾 Y’all go follow her
6. Grateful to be able to sit, wait, watch and do when necessary. Grateful for this opportunity to trust what God put on my heart to do 🙏🏾
7. COC #4 was a first time Mama who showed up 8CM ready to go 😅 Another baby boy born on 11/9 💙 COC #5 was also a boy 💙but it ended in a transfer so we keep going 💪🏾
8. I made sweet potato pies for the Thanksgiving potluck. Shoutout to my Granny for her recipe ☺️

You have options on where you decide to labor and deliver your baby. You especially have options here in El Paso 🙌🏾 There are multiple homebirth midwives and birth centers! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with most of these amazing women and you honestly can’t go wrong choosing a Midwife here in El Paso.
