This Autism Awareness Month, our La Mente family came together in a meaningful way to show our support, spread awareness, and continue learning how to better serve our community đź’™

From wearing our autism awareness shirts with pride, to decorating our clinic, to standing alongside the community as one of the proud sponsors of the El Paso Autism Walk, this month has been filled with purpose and connection. Our team had the opportunity to participate in the walk/run and connect with so many incredible individuals and families while sharing resources and support.

We were also honored to have Hector Adame from Autism & Behavioral Pediatric Clinic join us to educate our staff on ways we can better support and care for individuals with autism. Moments like these help us grow, learn, and continue providing compassionate, informed care.

La Mente Behavioral Health will be closed on Friday, April 10th for a company training.

Genoa Pharmacy at our 6600 Montana Ave, Suite P, El Paso, TX 79925 location will remain open from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM.

We will reopen on Monday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

We’re excited to introduce Dennise Hall, a nationally certified Licensed Professional Counselor, to the La Mente Behavioral Health team! 🤍

Dennise brings years of experience working at a local non-profit mental health organization, supporting children, teens, adults, and couples through a variety of challenges. She has recently focused on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring conditions through individual therapy.

With a passion for understanding the mind and its connection to behavior and emotions, Dennise provides a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach to care. Her goal is to support healing through insight, growth, and meaningful connection.

Outside of her professional work, Dennise enjoys trying new experiences, spending quality time with loved ones, and a good nap. đź’«

We’re so happy to have her on our team and can’t wait for the positive impact she’ll make in our community!
