📣We are seeking a dependable Custodial Maintenance Worker to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, waiting areas, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean windows
• Respond to spills and urgent cleaning needs
• Remove trash and restock supplies
• Perform minor repairs (light bulbs, drains, filters)
• Follow safety procedures and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Lock and secure building at closing
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior custodial experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Current CPR certification
• Must pass background check and drug screen
Physical Requirements:
• Lift up to 50 lbs.; stand and walk for extended periods
