In honor of National Social Worker Month, we proudly recognize Elsie as she celebrates her 3 year anniversary with the Avir at Patriot team. Her compassion and dedication continue to make a meaningful difference for our residents and families.

With 9 years of experience and both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work, Elsie is passionate about supporting the geriatric population and guiding residents and families through important life transitions. She is known for her kindness, advocacy, and collaborative spirit that strengthens the care we provide every day.
