-Answer calls from patients and referral sources
-Verify insurance eligibility and medical criteria
-Create orders and tickets for product delivery/service
-Screen calls and forward to appropriate department
-Supervise Small Department of Customer Service Representatives (2-3)
-Work with Administration and Management to identify areas of improvement
-Positively manage relationships with referral sources, doctor's offices, case managers, and hospitals
-Answer general questions
-Other duties as assigned
