Happy Monday! I’ve been in bed for 3 days not feeling very well (Tis the season 🤧). Starting to feel better but not 100% quite yet. I was happy to be back at work and got a workout in. I hate falling out of my routine, but it happens 🤷🏼‍♀️. It’s always hard to get over being sick but do what you can and try your best to stay on plan! The results are ALWAYS worth it 😉
