Hi there! It’s time for a re-intro ✨

I am the only bilingual/ female Méxican American ABORM fellow (Acupuncture & TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine) in El Paso and Texas, too. (This needs to change.) I believe that people should not suffer during their menstrual cycle & improving fertility starts with the follicle & s***m quality. Fertility is truly a team effort 💕

I have struggled with my own fertility and menstrual issues. I was able to find healing through TCM. It took some time and it was worth the effort 💫

Here are a few things I hold close to my heart/ spirit:
✨ I am grateful for the medicine plants/ Earth give us
✨ I am grateful for my patients that trust in me & TCM
✨ I am grateful for ancestral food because it heals

When I found out my DNA is mostly indigenous everything started to make sense ✨ It explained why I fell in love with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM aka East Asian Medicine) and all its natural healing it provides us. When I am not seeing patients I enjoy walking my dog Sofi, listening to a memoir, eating yummy food/ pan dulce, and relaxing in my hammock looking at the clouds while I dream of a world filled with peace and care 💓
