Last week, our Senior Transitions Program had the privilege of blessing 42 seniors across our service area through our fourth annual Antique Angel Tree event.

In addition to thoughtful Christmas gifts, each senior received a bag of fresh produce and a few basic household necessities.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who gave so generously to make this year’s event such a success. 💙 A special thank you to our friends at Jim Hayes for helping us out with a van to make these deliveries possible!
