🚨 Now Hiring: Wellness Peer Positions (2026–2027) 🚨

Wellness Services is seeking 2 student workers to join our team as Wellness Peers for the 2026–2027 school year!

We have:
💼 1 Federal Work-Study position
💼 1 Institutional Student Worker position

We’re looking for students who are:
✔ Strong communicators
✔ Comfortable presenting to groups (must be able to give presentations)
✔ Able to work independently and stay organized
✔ Interested in promoting student wellness on campus

As a Wellness Peer, you’ll support wellness programming, outreach, and education while building leadership and professional skills.

A calming bedtime routine can help your body and mind transition into restful sleep. Try adding one or two of these simple habits tonight:

✨ Power down screens at least 30–60 minutes before bed
📖 Read something relaxing instead of scrolling
🧘 Try gentle stretching or deep breathing to release tension
📝 Write down tomorrow’s to-do list so your mind can rest
