Monica was a broke hairstylist trying to make money working long hours and neglecting her health and well being.

After fu*king up a client's hair.

She got a job at a color salon as an apprentice making $7.

She lost her car, and almost her home, but gained lifelong skills!

After the apprenticeship, Monica’s first client’s services were the same amount as her weekly paycheck as an apprentice.

After she increased her value her income skyrocketed!

She realized the same formula could be used to help beauty and barber professionals design a lucrative career FASTER!

She created continuing education for NC State Cosmetic Board.

This formula helped Monica create a lucrative career, that led her to work on Broadway and teach at Pace University.

Monica also used the same formula coaching tech startups in eBay’s and Griffith Worx’s global accelerator program.

She helped the participates achieved fast strategic growth and win the top cash prices

After that she was certified as a mentor and coach.

Monica has helped over 10,000+ beauty and barber professionals create thier dream career.

While increasing their income, save for retirement, improve their health and posture.

Currently, she works on finding tech solutions for the beauty industry.
