Join our very own South Portland Clinical Supervisor, Mackenzie Foley, DPT this Monday from 9:30–10:30am for a friendly and informative session on how to protect your joints, manage pain, and prepare your body before joint replacement surgery.

Maintaining healthy joints is key to staying active and independent, and we’re excited to bring this conversation right to the South Portland Senior Center.

You’ll walk away with simple exercises, movement tips, and everyday strategies that support long-term joint health.
