Our residents are officially getting into the holiday spirit, and what a joyful time it has been!

This month, we have started off strong by celebrating the season with:
🥁 A festive holiday marching band from Pasquotank County High School filling our halls with cheerful music.
🎅 A special visit from Santa, spreading smiles and warm wishes.
🍪 Freshly baked warm cookies that brought back sweet memories.
✨ A beautiful light show provided by the local community of Dances Bay

The magic of the season is alive here, and our residents are enjoying every moment. From our family to yours, may your holidays be filled with warmth, joy, and memorable moments. ❤️

As we say goodbye to spooky season, we’re filled with gratitude for all the laughter, creativity, and joy our residents and team shared throughout October! 🎃

One of our favorite moments this season was celebrating Hero Day, where our team had a little fun uplifting our amazing Administrator, Summer, by dressing up as her! It was a wonderful reminder that leadership, kindness, and laughter go hand-in-hand here at Elizabeth City Health & Rehabilitation. 💛

While October is known as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our love, awareness, and commitment to support extend far beyond just one month — it’s something we carry with us every day of the year.

We encourage everyone to take time to:
💞 Schedule your regular mammogram — early detection can save lives.
💞 Learn your family health history and talk to your provider about your risks.
💞 Support those currently fighting and remind them they’re never alone.
