Gordolobo is one of the best herbs my family has used this winter.

Directions:
To make a soothing herbal tea, pour three cup of boiling water over two teaspoon of gordobo leaf and let stand for three to five minutes.

Drink 2-3 times a day.

Hibiscus also known as roselle or hoja de Jamaica is one of our favorite products to use on the regular. We infuse it with our seamos and give it to our kids on a daily basis, this blend allows the benefits from each plant to increase and be much more effective while consuming it. This is one way we do our spaghetti it’s good for the kids to eat fresh vegetables 🍅 it’s one way they don’t see it we also make green spaghetti with spinach and walnuts and they love it 🤍😂🌱

• I use a small oven so that’s why it takes a little longer lol
