I fell in love with photography 13 years ago. I love telling stories through my work. My main speciality is photographing newborn babes.

When it comes to my photography, I am a sucker for natural light, and creating real, authentic moments rather than posed , forced photos. My approach combines documentary and fine art into beautiful, organic photos that are honest and raw - I go for the real thing. Getting to snuggle and work with such tiny humans each week, has been my greatest blessing. We worked extremely hard to transform our barn into a beautiful place to celebrate and create wonderful memories. We are excited to bring this next chapter to Elk City. Welcome. My name is Brittney, I specialize in Newborn Photography. I have been photographing newborns for 7 years and put in my own studio in 2015. I specialize in newborn photography because I love the art in posing newborns. These tiny little humans are just days old when they come to the studio so I take pride in newborn safety and comfort. When you choose Ella Rose Portrait Arts, you are not just getting a picture of your baby, you are receiving a beautiful timeless work of art and an experience you will always cherish.

I strive to make your photo session a carefree, fun experience that will bring out the best in you, resulting in photographs that are unique and personal. I choose settings that have meaning for you, so we can convey who you are and what you love in an heirloom that will be cherished forever. I believe that a portrait should be more than a photograph – it should capture the essence of you and what makes you special. I have a passion for photography, and my work shows my love for what I do.

If this is your first professional photo session, you might have a lot of questions about what to expect on the day of the session. The session will be tailored to you, to make your experience fun and stress-free. At your initial consultation, we will discuss details such as scheduling, location, your schedule, and answering all of your questions so you’ll go into the experience relaxed and prepared. The goal isn’t just to produce great photos – it’s also to offer you an experience that you’ll treasure.

Settle for no less than a professional with a proven track record to produce your heirloom photographs. It’s important to us that you are thrilled not only with the photographs, but also with your entire experience, and so we strive for the highest level of service.

Q:When should I book my session? A:Please book your session at least 1-2 months in advance to allow for space availability.

Q:Where do portrait sessions take place? A:In studio or location of photographers choice. If you need ideas please do not hesitate to ask us.

Q:What form or payment do you accept? A: Paypal . A 3% processing fee applies to all Paypal and Credit Card transactions.

Q:When is payment due? A:Payment for your session is due at the time of booking and payment for print orders is due at time of your order.

Q:How soon after our session will our images be available? A:A password-protected online gallery of your images will be available 3-4 weeks after your session for Full Sessions. For Mini Sessions, you will receive a gallery of unedited images a few days after your session. Then once you choose your final images, turn them in, and I will edit them and return them in about 3-4 weeks.

Q:How long does a typical session last? A:Sessions typically last between 1-3 hours, depending on the type of session you book and number of locations we shoot at.

Q:When do I book a newborn session?

A: Pre-book your session at least 1 month before your due date. As soon as baby arrives in the hospital, we will then schedule your newborn Session.

Q: How old does baby need to be for a newborn session?

A: Newborn sessions are best when baby is 5 to 10 days old

Q: When do I book a Maternity Session?

A: Depending on your size of belly you can book your Maternity session for 27 to 34 weeks along

Q: What days do you photograph newborn sessions?

A: Newborn Sessions are schedule Monday - Friday 10 am only

You can contact me at anytime on facebook and I will get back with you during regular business hours or as soon as I have free moment. Facebook is the best way possible to get hold of me.

Each session invoice will have Session contracts clients need to look over before booking.

Newborn Sessions are at 10 am Monday thru Friday in the studio

Outdoor sessions are in the evenings before sunset Friday thru Sunday only

Editing and office hours are 8am to 12pm noon Monday thru Friday

I will not answer any emails or calls outside of office hours unless you have a session booked with me.
