Yoga Nidra is for everyone.

Flashback to 2016, when I was asked to offer Yoga Nidra to a group of young people struggling with safe housing, food and mental health.

This 🐾 companion was protective at first and then settled in along with the group of young people.

I really do mean it when I say Yoga Nidra is for everyone. 😉
