THERE IS NO MEDICAL EMERGENCY FOR CHILDREN.

On Tuesday, October 26th, 2021, an FDA panel voted 17-0 to approve the Pfizer vaccine for children in the 5-11 age group.

According to the CDC’s COVID Population Fatality Ratios By Age data, there are 28,446,096 children in the United States in that bracket. 79 of those 28.4 million have died with COVID from January 1, 2020, to September 11, 2021.

The death rate of American children aged 5-11 with COVID is 0.00028%.

2 out of every 1,000,000 in that age group have died with the virus.

Sadly, most of those 79 kids already had life-threatening comorbidities like heart failure, cancer, and congenital abnormalities. Children with underlying medical conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, and obesity, make up two-thirds of severe COVID cases.

Even so, the data verifies that no medical emergency exists for children.

And we should be so grateful for that! This pandemic has mercifully spared the world’s youngest and most vulnerable population group. We are truly lucky and blessed that this virus hasn’t wiped out large percentages of children like certain plagues throughout human history.

However, the private pharmaceutical company Pfizer is seeking an emergency use authorization to mass inoculate those 28 million kids with their experimental gene therapy injection.

No long-term safety data on children exists for this measure. We have no idea what associated side effects this gene therapy injection will have on our kid’s heart tissue, immunity, and fertility.

Committee member Dr. Eric Rubin said the following during the FDA panel voting process… "We're never going to learn about how safe the vaccine is unless we start giving it. That's just the way it goes."

This statement should terrify us all!

We believe the emergency use authorization recommendation for a medical emergency that does not exist in young children is perhaps setting the most dangerous precedent in our nation’s history. We believe this measure is careless, reckless, and disgusting. We believe potentially harming kids should never be allowed in our society.

Most of us on this team are parents ourselves. We emphasize with all parents who are frightened for our children by the doomsday messages we see on the news every day. We sympathize with how worn out you feel and how much easier it’d be to comply with the coming medical mandates for your kids. But we hope you’ll feel empowered and awakened with this truth…

Your child is not a science experiment for a private company’s financial gain.

Our young kids don’t have a say. You, as their parents, guardians, and protectors do.
We implore you to take courage and stand in the gap for your child’s medical freedom.
Their long-term health depends on it.

New Blog: Boosting Your Immune Function

I don’t think anyone will argue that this hasn’t been the craziest past few weeks. We’ve been seeing and hearing a lot of things that we haven’t before, and no matter your opinions on this, we can all agree that we need to keep our immune systems strong.⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
What upsets me the most is seeing so many of the mandates and suggestions from the CDC and the like that are actually harmful to our immune systems. My goal right now is to combat some of that with some practical ways we can all boost our immune function so that hopefully, at the end of this, we don’t all get sick because we essentially killed our immunity to viruses.⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
Here are a few things we know we need for a strong immune system:⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
Healthy diet, consisting of whole foods⠀
Low stress⠀
Human contact⠀
Exposure to different germs⠀
Vitamin D from sunlight (really the main and best source of it)⠀
Good Sleep⠀

I’ve learned how to simplify my cooking most of the time, so I don’t need to spend a ton of time in the kitchen with a million ingredients to have a good meal. ⠀

Of course, we want to avoid burning - so the darker you are, the more sun you need for the benefits, and the lighter you are, the less sun you need! Commit to spending a little time in the sun every day for your health!

How has your sleep been during this whole ordeal?

In all honesty a lot of my healthy sleeping habits have fallen off in the last year due to losing my dad and all the changes that resulted. Recently I’ve been focusing on it again because, simply, I feel better when I’m sleeping well. I feel better because I’m healthier, and it helps me to have the energy to do the things I need to for my health.

During this crisis that we’ve all been thrown into these last several weeks, getting good sleep is more important than ever. Sleep is crucial for our mental and physical health!

Another thing I’d like to recommend is the book “Sleep Smarter” by Shawn Stevenson. This book has SO much valuable information & changed our sleep for real. You can order the hard copy but it’s also on audible. Spend a little of your extra time on getting this information in you so you can learn how to best support your help through great sleep!

Life update!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Last year, I lost my job, moved back in with my parents, lost my dad, moved again, then moved again out of the SF Bay. It’s been a crazy year. I lost a lot of the my motivation for health coaching during this crazy season, but I’m finally starting to feel more like myself and getting that motivation back!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My eating habits haven’t been as good as they typically are. I’m sure you can understand and probably relate. A lot of emotional eating was happening, and a lot of convenience eating. I’ve struggled so much in the last several months with depression - which resulted in not wanting to be physically active as well, it’s such a vicious cycle. I had to let myself have a few months of that before I could move on.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Chris and I decided to reset with a Whole30 this month. So we started that and I started a workout plan with my mom for consistency. In just over a week I’m feeling so great and I’m remembering why I love healthy eating and why I love to exercise, and why I wanted to become a health coach in the first place. Because the difference in one week was way too obvious.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m going to be posting more business updates as soon as I nail down exactly how I’m going to be moving forward with Heirloom. But I must say I am pumped and ready to help people get healthy! Stay tuned!
