Patient with high volume chylothorax and failed prior attempts at thoracic duct embolization from a transabdominal approach. Patient with no clear cisterna chyli on lymphangiogram. But ethodized oil contrast was seen extending to the terminal thoracic duct at its junction with the left IJ/subclavian vein confluence. Images show successful retrograde cannulation of the thoracic duct and subsequent successful glue embolization of the thoracic duct.
