How is this possible? It is possible when you’ve developed the necessary strength and body control to allow the muscles to do the job they’re intended to do which is control the bones as they move. Achieving such a level of strength and control is within the reach of everyone if you know how to properly train all the systems involved. No need for fancy equipment, going to specialized trainers, expensive tools and equipment. Just some consistency and common sense is all it takes!
