2025 was a year of endings, and 2026 arrives as a year of ONE—new beginnings.
I continue to feel deeply grateful for my fellow yogis and for the instructors who have guided me, revealing new pathways for this day and for this life. While 2025 held great loss, it was also filled with moments of unexpected joy—made possible by those who supported me every step of the way.
Through it all, I learned so much. I am discovering moments of peace, even alongside grief. Moments of profound gratitude that can supersede discomfort. A deepening ability to cultivate connection through presence, and to focus on the cherished times when we come together.
In December, I completed my 300-hour training at Asheville Yoga Center. I could not be happier or more grateful to have continued my studies with such exceptionally talented and inspiring instructors.
As I step into this new year, my intention is simple: to meet each day with presence, to honor both the tenderness and the strength within, and to continue sharing these practices with humility, gratitude, and an open heart. May we all move forward gently, connected, and held.
