Im going to start posting a few items that I highly recommend for my clients and others. I just bought this and it is such a comfortable way to ice your foot, ankle and anywhere it will wrap around. I loved it right away.

The Tolaccea ankle and foot ice pack are reusable and durable. It stays cold after taking from freezer, this is cold long enough for instant pain relief and without frostbite feet and ankles.

"Quiet time" massage will be focused on quieting the mind. This is not a massage focused on working deeply into muscles. This massage will be channeled toward the people that feel stressed out, have anxiety/depression or just need to relax. It will also be great for the elderly and would be ideal for those that have never been comfortable with getting a professional massage. This technique will be offered in a dimly lit room. There will be a candle burning. Soft music playing. You can remain fully dressed or undress to your comfort level. You will always be properly draped. The touch will be hypnotic, relaxing and very light. I will be using little or no lotion. My main focus is to put your mind at rest. We all need moments of peace. You're worth it!
