The Weight in the Shoulders: Releasing ancestral and daily burdens.
¿Sientes eso, mi amor? That tightness in your shoulders isn't just your laptop bag or your to-do list. Sometimes, we carry the weight of our grandmothers’ worries and our own 'should-haves' like a heavy rebozo.
Today, we practice the Holy Shake. Your body knows how to let go if you let it. Stand up, let your arms go limp, and just shake. Shake the stress out of your fingertips, shake the tension out of your heels. Tell your nervous system: 'We are safe now. We can drop the weight.'
Somatic Practice for today:
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale with a loud 'shhh' or a sigh.
Gently roll your shoulders back, imagining you are dropping heavy stones into the earth.
Rest is not a reward, it is your birthright. Comfort your soul today. 🌿✨
