🔹 When a tendon is overstretched, the goal isn’t flexibility — it’s recovery.
This week I treated a patient with chronic heel tendon pain 👣
I started by releasing the fascia and mobilizing the tendon, then worked on the calf muscles to reduce overload.
Finished with TENS and red light therapy to help with pain and recovery.
And no stretching for now! The tendon is already overstretched — the goal at this stage is to restore strength and balance 💪✨
