Have you ever watched yourself self-sabotage?

It’s like your body takes over the wheel and you no longer have control of your experience.

That’s because your body is a reflection of your subconscious mind,
and it’s your subconscious mind that’s really running the show.

Every unprocessed experience that has happened in your life is held in your body.

Healing through mindset work is supportive,
don’t get me wrong.

The juicy long-lasting work comes
in and through the body.

True liberation.

It wasn’t until I got into my body
that I could heal the root.

My body was telling me a story.

The most pure love I’ve ever received -
and I want to run.

Literally almost moved to another state kind of running.

There was a deeper part of me that was witnessing,
watching this all go down.

My protectors were doing their job,
they’re brilliant.

Our protectors have been working hard for YEARS to keep us safe -
they’re so good at their job that we don’t even notice most of the time.

It wasn’t until I let my body speak that I discovered the core belief -

love is not safe,
love will hurt me,
love equals suffering.

When I receive love,
I back away - still.

It’s a process to allow love in -
My protectors are mighty AF.

We all have trauma -

𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘶𝘮𝘢 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺.

It’s based on our perception of the experience
and capacity to metabolize that moment.

When something happens and we’re unable to process…

We become frozen.

A part of us becomes frozen in time.

Looping.
Stuck.

Sometimes, I become that 6 year old girl looking for safety and love.

That same story plays out in our present day reality without even realizing it.

Some call it “the Ego” -
I like to call it your Protective Personality.

That part of you was overwhelmed & needed protection,
your mind and body are SO intelligent that
it hardened to protect.

We’re not here to make a part of you wrong anymore.

We’re here to love that part of you
and finally give it what it needed back then.

She needed safety, love, and connection.

The sweet spot of liberation becomes inherent,
when your needs are met.

We have to integrate our needs,
by becoming aware of our needs.

I N T E G R A T I O N
is healing.

Integrating that fragmented parts of you back into your Self.

Soul retrieval.
Wholeness.
Oneness.

And through that process you begin to remember…

You open,
you experience,
you become the witness…

Here’s the thing about Quantum Living

When you really understand the way the universe works, you can’t help but take responsibility for your experience.

Because you know on the deepest level,
nothing can exist in your experience without your awareness.

Whether you’re conscious of it or not.

Your awareness sends all of your energy
to focus on that thing...

The sh*tty job.
That pain in your neck.
The overwhelming amount of work.

OR

You could be placing your awareness on things that inspire you…

Like writing that book.
Meeting a friend for lunch.
Or going for a walk on the beach.

My life used to be the first one,
NOW my life is the second one.

It is your awareness that creates your life.

The key to changing your life is

A W A R E N E S S.

You cannot change a belief you’re not aware of.

You cannot change a negative habit you’re not aware of.

You cannot change your life if you’re not aware that you’re actually sleepwalking through it.

But how do you create greater awareness?

You could hire a therapist,
a healer, a mentor, etc.

Or you can get the maps to your own inner world.

Because at the end of the day,
nobody will know your inner world better than you.

You are your own guru.

This is EXACTLY how I was taught to live life.
I studied financial analysis - the investment of stocks and bonds because all I wanted to do was make as much money as possible and then retire by the time I'm 35.

Then what happens?
Who the f**k am I when I reach retirement?

I see so many people finally reaching retirement and they look sick, they are miserable, bored, and lonely. They reach this "goal" having lost their creativity, their passion, their HEALTH, their vision, their dream, AND they lost themselves along the way.
NO CHANCE THAT WAS GOING TO BE ME.

Do you want to end up in a retirement home or do you want to be fully living your passion your whole life?

It takes courage to live your passion.
It takes bravery to show up as your fully expressed and authentic self. THAT'S freedom.
Money is not freedom.
I had money and I felt more trapped than ever.
You cannot gain freedom OUTSIDE of yourself.
Freedom is a feeling.

So I took the leap towards true freedom.

But the first year of following my passion and entrepreneurship I was living in the illusion of money. I lost my self-worth because I went from making 6-figures to barely being able to pay my rent.

I realized that my Self-Worth DOES NOT EQUAL my Net-Worth.
My Net-Worth = My Self-Worth.
I became a magnet for money and abundance of life.

Reading Kyle Cease 's book, "I hope you Screw this Up" I was inspired to leap into the unknown with the faith that there was something greater for me.

There IS something greater for you when you leave the safety of your comfort zone.

We can live out of intuition or we can live out of fear.

Our intuition feels like a heart-centered knowing.
99% of the time, it won't make LOGICAL sense.
Our intuition is a feeling, not a thought.

When we follow our intuition, we begin to experience situations in life that make us believe that miracles exist.

We are living in a society that conditions our minds to perceive situations through the eyes of fear.
Fear blocks intuition.
Fear stops us in our tracks.
Fear blocks the flow of love.
You cannot be successful in life and live in fear.

If you want to live the fullest expression of your life,
it requires a switch from your fear-based mentality into an intuitive guided knowing.
Not everything in life is meant to make logical sense.
