EASY VEGGIE & PEANUT SAUCE
NOODLE BOWL

Hi my peeps! You guys know by now I like simple and easy eats. Foods that fuel ⛽️ and taste good! This one fits the bill so I thought I would share. Found it on the gram but can’t remember where 🙈

ingredients:
-1 cup chopped cabbage
-1 cup chopped spinach
-1 cup shredded carrots
-1/2 cup cilantro
-1 cup edamame
-1 package rice noodles (prepared according to package directions)

peanut sauce:
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-3 tbsp rice vinegar
-1 tbsp sriracha
-1 tbsp maple syrup
-1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
-1 tsp garlic
-1 tsp ginger

Mix all together … add a little water to sauce if need be

✨Optional: add cooked ground chicken to up the protein (I do💪)
I season with garlic powder, ginger, salt and pepper … easy peasy

Mix all ingredients together … enjoy. This is even better the next day in my opinion 😉

Empower People

This is Elena, a former 1x per week client. She came to me wanting to learn how to lift weights and gain confidence on the weight floor. We took it slow and steady … focusing on the basic movement patterns … squat, hinge,lunge, push, pull and core/carry. I asked her to come in just one other day to practice the movements we covered during our time together. Once she became consistent with 2 days a week then we added another day and so on

With consistency came more confidence

Now she is on her own and kill’n it 💪🔥

Give people the tools to empower themselves and amazing stuff happens 🙌

I’m not here to have clients depend on me. I want them to own this journey and do it for themselves. I’m just the tour guide

Sure I have clients that need me for accountability and like my training style but that’s another story 😛

Movements for that backside! ⁣

A strong posterior chain (not just your glutes guys but all the muscles on the backside 😉) is crucial for posture, propelling yourself forward like running and jumping, injury prevention (especially lower back and knees), proper rotation and so on. Ok, I know ... a strong posterior ain’t to bad to look at either 💯⁣

So here are some of my favorites made into a sweet circuit for you with minimal equipment required⁣

I would have included a single leg movement as well but I was TRYING to keep it short but sweet. To me the suitcase 🧳 carry counts 😛⁣

Circuit: ⁣

🔺Sumo KB Deadlift || 6-10 reps ⁣

🔺KB Gorilla Rows || 6-10 reps ea⁣

🔺Suitcase Dead Lift w/ Carry || ⁣
6 paces & alternate sides ⁣
3 reps ea side ⁣

Tips: go slow, avoid rotation & good posture ⁣

🔺Reverse Plank Variation || ⁣
10 second active hold x 3 ⁣

🔁 3-4 rounds is 💰 Rep range depends on the weight/resistance you are working with. For reference: I used 44 pound KBs & performed 10 Deadlifts and 6 Gorilla Rows ⁣

Remember... form over ego ... good posture ... stay tight 🥊 ... never saggy! Hope you love the movements as much as I said you would in the video 😬 I tend to get a lil excited about this kinda stuff ... maybe it will rub off on you 😂⁣
