The cleaner you eat, the worse you feel. And that makes no sense... until it does.

Here’s what’s actually happening.

The fiber, the fermented things, the greens, the supplements... they’re not wrong.

But when your body is stuck in the pattern it’s stuck in, even the right foods can’t land the way they’re supposed to.

Your system isn’t reacting to the food.

It’s reacting to the state it’s already in.

So you keep upgrading your diet. Keep removing things. Keep adding things.

And the bloat keeps showing up anyway because the food was never the full story.

This is one of the most disorienting parts of The Stubborn Bloat Cycle...

The moment you realize that doing everything right on paper has actually been keeping you stuck.

Your body needs something to shift before the food can even matter.

That’s the part nobody handed you a roadmap for. Until now.

Not the digestion part. The other part.

The part where you don’t want to be touched because you’re so uncomfortable in your body that being close to someone feels like too much.

The part where date night feels like something to overthink instead of something to look forward to.

The part where your partner suggests a restaurant and your stomach tightens before the bloat even starts.

The part where you say “I’m fine” so many times you stop expecting them to ask anymore.

Because you’re tired of talking about it.

Because they’re tired of hearing about it.

Because neither of you knows what to do with it.

This is the part nobody puts on the symptom list.

But it’s real. And it has a name.

And there’s a way out of it.

I didn’t create this work from theory.
I created it because I lived it.

Every morning started the same way. Before I even got out of bed:

How do I feel?
What did I eat yesterday?
What’s safe today?

I was eating like a monk... deep in SIBO protocols, eating maybe a quarter of the approved foods, zero flexibility, zero joy, and my body was still completely out of control.

So I did what most women do.
I tried harder.

More discipline. More restriction. More protocols.

And still… no consistency.

Just a shrinking list of foods, a growing fear of getting it wrong, and a body that still wasn’t cooperating.

What I didn’t understand then was this:

I wasn’t doing anything wrong. I was actually doing it (too) right.

And yes. That’s a thing.

When you are that controlled, that rigid, that locked into doing everything perfectly, your body reads it. The hyper-vigilance around every bite, every ingredient, every meal decision. The mental energy spent tracking, analyzing, avoiding, planning. That level of precision isn’t healing. It’s pressure. And a body under that much pressure cannot digest, regulate, or respond the way it’s supposed to.

The more perfectly I followed the rules, the more I was feeding the exact pattern keeping me stuck.

I was stuck in a pattern.
A pattern I now call The Stubborn Bloat Cycle™

The loop most women with chronic bloating, constipation, and food reactions that make no sense are stuck in, without ever realizing it has a name. Or a way out.

The women I work with aren’t beginners.

They’re thoughtful. Health-conscious. Exhausted from trying everything and still not having answers.

They don’t need another protocol. They need to understand why nothing has worked and what their body actually needs instead.

That’s the work I do inside The Gut Reset Method.

If your digestion makes no sense… If you’re tired of guessing… If you’ve done everything right and you’re still stuck…

You’re not insane. You’re in the cycle.

And there is a way out.

Start by finding your phase. Take the quiz. → Link in bio

The Stubborn Bloat Cycle™ has three phases. Most women have been cycling through all three for years without anyone ever naming it for them.

Phase 1: Clean But Swollen. You’re doing everything “right.” Eating clean. Avoiding all the things. Still bloated. Still uncomfortable. And starting to wonder what you’re missing.

Phase 2: The Narrowing. This is the one nobody really talks about. Your world slowly gets smaller. You say no more. You overthink everything. Even the good moments don’t feel the same.

Phase 3: Pregnant by Dinner. You wake up feeling decent…and by the end of the day you feel like a completely different person. Bloated, uncomfortable, frustrated. Back in the same loop.

Here’s what every phase has in common, none of them are fixed by more restrictions.

The Stubborn Bloat Cycle™ is a nervous system problem disguised as a food problem. And the exit is the nervous system first.

Still bloated after changing your diet five times?

It is not your food. It is your nervous system pattern. And there are four of them.

The Chronic Pusher: output mode 24/7. High achieving, always producing. Your body cannot digest what it cannot slow down for.

The Over-Giver: running on empty. You have given so much for so long that your body has gone into conservation mode. There is nothing left for your own healing.

The Over-Functioner: locked in on mode. You cannot relax even when you try. Rest actually makes your gut worse. Your nervous system does not know how to downregulate.

The People-Pleaser: absorbing everyone. Your gut literally responds to other people’s stress. Symptoms vary by who you are with and what they are feeling.

Most women have one dominant pattern. Some have two.

And not one of them is fixed by another elimination diet.

This is The Stubborn Bloat Cycle™. And this is why nervous system first is not optional, it is the only thing that actually works.

Which pattern are you? Drop it below. 🤍

Who doesn’t love a Friday at 4? It was Friday at 4pm. I should have been stoked. The week winding down and weekend opening up. That heck yeah Friday afternoon feeling... and I felt completely flat.

And it wasn’t just Fridays. It was everything.

What took me a long time to figure out was this... a body that can’t receive food, also can’t receive joy.

The same nervous system keeping you bloated and exhausted is keeping you flat. Disconnected. One step removed from your own life.

This is Phase 2 of The Stubborn Bloat Cycle™. The Narrowing. And it takes so much more than your flat stomach. It takes away your access to your own life.

That’s what we get back inside The Gut Reset Method. Not just your gut. You.

If Friday at 4 doesn’t feel the way it used to, drop a 🤍 below. I see you. And just know, there is a way back.

Sending this to every woman who has ever sat in a parking lot after a doctor’s appointment and cried. 🤍
“everything looks normal” can feel like the most invalidating thing to hear…
when you know something isn’t right.
It doesn’t mean you’re fine.
It means the system is limited in what it knows how to look for.
Your symptoms are real.
Your experience is real.
And while you’ve been told to keep searching out there…
your body has been giving you signals this whole time.
In the patterns.
In the reactions.
In the way things keep showing up.
This isn’t about doing more.
Or restricting more.
Or chasing the next answer.
It’s about learning how to understand what your body has been trying to say.
If this hit… send it to the woman who needs to feel seen today. 🤍
