For most skin concerns, treatments are best spaced every 4–6 weeks, allowing the skin to fully heal and rebuild. A course of 3–6 sessions is typically recommended, with additional treatments if required, depending on individual goals.

Deeper treatments, such as acne scarring, may need longer intervals, while maintenance sessions help preserve results long term.
