7 months post-op and absolutely glowing.

This lovely patient underwent:
• Deep plane facelift
• Necklift
• Midface fat transfer
• Eyelid laser resurfacing
• Perioral laser resurfacing

At 7 months out, her results have softened and settled beautifully. The neck contour is smoother, the midface has restored volume, and her skin quality around the eyes and mouth is brighter and more refined.

Here are the immediate results from my second rhinoplasty of the morning.

In this ethnic rhinoplasty, I refined her dorsal hump, reduced the columella, and added subtle tip projection, all while preserving her natural features and identity.

I love how this turned out.
