Students at Shaull Elementary in Cumberland Valley School District in Pennsylvania (near our corporate headquarters and future PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Hampden) showed their gratitude for PAM Health’s support of their annual fun run by signing gigantic thank you cards after this year’s event. The run, which is held in October, is the school’s main fundraiser for field trips, class parties, family fun nights, and other fun activities and events throughout the year for teachers, staff, and students. This year’s event raised $22,000 thanks to the generosity of individual donors, families, and local businesses. Wearing matching shirts bearing the PAM Health logo on the back, the more than 530 students in kindergarten through sixth grade ran or walked for 30 minutes on a beautiful fall day. Great job kids!

It has been so special seeing our hospital teams around the country come together to raise Breast Cancer Awareness during October. A number of our outpatient therapy teams who offer programs for breast cancer patients showed off their spirit, while others in our PAMily wore their pink proudly at community events and around their hospitals.

PAM Health is proud to support breast cancer fighters and survivors this month and all year-round through our tailored women's health therapy programs that aim to address effects from treatment and other symptoms, restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life.
