We are excited to announce that we are changing EMR systems on May 4th. Things you need to know:
• Current patient portal will be inactivated on April 23rd. You will need to call our office with any requests between April 24 and April 30th.
• New patient portal will be open May 4th.
• During this transition period, any appointments after May 4th will need to be made in the new system. Please leave a message with appointment staff for a return call after May 4th when the new system is active.
• We will close at noon April 30 and all day May 1 for training on the new system. No prescription refills or messages will be addressed during this time. Our physicians will be available for emergencies only.
• Our staff is ready to help you with any questions regarding your healthcare needs.
