Mind Blown! Forget everything about hard boiled egg: use old eggs: add vinegar, start in cold water….. Just boil water, add eggs and simmer for 12 minutes. Take out and put in bowl with ice and water for 10 minutes. Then crack egg on fat side and pinch to expose membrane. Start peeling under steady low stream of water….. guaranteed perfect peel!!!
