My medicine cart is much more than wood and nails, it’s an altar disguised as a cart, a humble dream vision that became a masterpiece of Love.

My beloved, Luke Carter, poured his whole heart (and yes, his blood, sweat, and tears) into building this sacred vessel for Wildfire Electrolixirs. With the steady hands and spirits of dear friends Jake and , and even the playful help of our children, he crafted this cart in just FIVE weeks😳

Every piece tells a story: redwood, cedar, and reclaimed old-growth carrying the wisdom of time. Boards touched by flame in the ancient art of shou sugi ban, sealed with care, intention, and devotion.

If you’ve ever dreamed of a cart, not just a cart, but a sacred space to share your offerings with the world, Luke is available to help bring that dream into form. He’s not on social media, but reach out to me if your vision is ready to be built. If you can imagine it, he can shape it into being, just as he did for me, whether it’s a cart, a house, or a deck, his work holds the same depth of care and craftsmanship.

These are my earth angels. ✨

The generosity that pours from their hearts and hands opened and unlocked some of the deepest chambers in my heart.

They held me when I was fragile.
They reiki’d me when I needed light.
They nursed me, cried with me, stood beside me, gifting time, energy, and an endless well of love.

My dream could not have taken form at without these radical humans. Because of these beauties, I felt safe to walk toward my destiny, with a body that was tender and breakable.

These powerful women reminded me that love is infinite. Love is medicine.

To my angels, thank you for showing up in the most tender and beautiful ways over and over and over again and for showing me that I am deeply loved. Thank you for holding me up and for weaving your magic into this journey with me.

May the love you offered return to you a hundredfold. 🌹

This is my most authentic joy face. What you see here is not simple, it’s layered. This smile carries both the beauty and expansion of living out my dreams and the weight of a body that endures daily, excruciating pain.

To those of you quietly pushing through invisible battles, I want you to know you’re not alone. The world may never see the nights you can’t sleep, the mornings you wonder if you have the strength to go on or the silent courage it takes to show up anyway.

But I see you. I feel you. I love you. I’m right there with you.

Your struggle does not lessen your light, it deepens it. You are proof that strength is not the absence of pain, but the decision to keep walking with it, walking thru the gates of fear and suffering to meet power with power.

We are alchemists. We alchemize fear, suffering, and darkness into the eternal living light, into pure life force energy. Our journey is not what it looks like on the outside, our journeys are completely within.

We are warriors, not because we never fall, but because we rise again and again, carrying both our scars and our dreams.

I love you. This is your sign to keep going. It is our training. You are doing so much better than you think. Keep going. Pain is the greatest teacher and there is pure gold on the other side.

I don’t have the words yet to describe the gratitude, the joy, the excitement, the LOVE! that exploded and expanded my heart (and my business!) last weekend .
