As a runner and surfer, I understand the aches and pains that athletes go through and I have the tools to resolve these issues. I listen to you and assess your body to give you a thoroughly individualized massage based on your needs.

For me, Aloha means living with intentional love. When I live by spiritual principles, I naturally gravitate towards doing the next right thing. When I acknowledge our inherent oneness, fear drops away. We are like all the cells of a singular organism, each with our own purpose to keep the cycle flowing. This helps me remember that I am not a very big deal, nor am I unimportant. I have a purpose, and through kindness, I can show up for my purpose. A greeting to a stranger, a call to a loved one, a letter to a far away friend; these are all ways to spread aloha everyday. With patience, the seeds of aloha blossom around us. The world can be such a beautiful place when we live intentionally, filling our spirits with love. I pray that you aloha yourself and those around you. Be Aloha.
