NEW ARTICLE: Patient-Reported Response to Ivermectin, Mebendazole, Fenbendazole, and Chemotherapy in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

A 53-year-old woman from Georgia with triple-negative breast cancer (2.5 cm, aggressive, poorly differentiated) reported a significant clinical and radiologic response after four months of combined therapy.

In September 2025, she initiated:
• Ivermectin: 1 mg/kg/day
• Fenbendazole: 888 mg/day
• Mebendazole: 1000 mg/day
• Concurrent standard neoadjuvant chemotherapy

Follow-up MRI reportedly demonstrated an optimal response, described by the breast surgeon as “fantastic” and by the oncologist as “very good results.” Based on imaging, the breast surgeon downgraded the surgical plan to a lumpectomy with lymph node sampling rather than more extensive surgery.
