I even wore my High Fitness shirt into DCA at 630am this morning as I signed up for a pre-park opening power walk with our rep from Royal Caribbean. High Fitness Class Update for Eustis! 🔊

High is running some kind of diagnostic on the Instructor accounts and unfortunately, I am unable to access the choreography and music in time to prepare for tomorrow's class. Therefore, there will be no class this Tuesday, Nov 4th.

Due to extensive work and personal travel this month, at this time, we will have just two classes in the month of November:

November 18th and November 25th.

I know, very slim pickings and I do apologize. December should be a nice robust (and more normal) schedule for us.

If anything changes, I will be sure to update you all here so check back often! Have a wonderful November and I will plan to see you all Nov 18th for Angela Ramirez big birthday class! 🥳

Anna took home a little goody bag for best costume. Congrats, Anna! Angela went all out with her nails (so fun). And Debbie brought us all some treats. Wishing all of you a happy and safe Halloween. Remember, no class next week. We resume Tuesday, Nov 4th for Angela's Birthday class! She is already cooking up the playlist. I can't wait to see what she chooses.
