Hey everyone, happy September🍁✨I wanted to share some insights that may help navigate the rest of this month and into the next. We have two eclipses that can cause some choas and reveal what isn’t working any longer. It’s an opportunity to focus on what you’ve been avoiding and face things head on. When we get stuck in loops and can’t figure out how to move forward, it’s because we are operating solely from the mind, the mental brain, not the from our “heart brain” or our “gut brain.” To move forward takes alignment in all three. Our ego loves to feel in control. Let this month be the start to fully align mind, body and soul, and lovingly put your ego in the back seat.
