September flew by! It wasn’t perfect, but I’m calling it progress—more movement (even on days I wanted to just binge a show) and actually resting when my body really needed it.
Small wins count, and I’m celebrating those this month. If you need a little reminder: resting, starting over, or celebrating tiny steps is still moving forward.
So tell me—what’s one win, big or small, you’re proud of from September? Let’s cheer each other on. 💛

Let’s talk inflammation-friendly foods! 💛
When you’re juggling autoimmune struggles, menopause symptoms, and mom-life chaos, what you eat really can make a difference in how your body feels.
Some of the best foods that help fight inflammation are:
✨ Fatty fish like salmon, sardines, or tuna (omega-3s = joint love)
✨ Berries—blueberries, strawberries, blackberries (antioxidant powerhouses)
✨ Leafy greens like spinach, kale, and arugula (nutrient-packed and easy to throw in anything)
✨ Olive oil (heart-healthy and soothing instead of sparking inflammation)
✨ Nuts—walnuts, almonds (perfect for snacking or adding crunch)
✨ Turmeric and ginger (spices with serious healing vibes)
And since busy nights often mean chauffeuring kids around until late, here’s one of my favorite go-to meals that’s anti-inflammatory, delicious, and on the table in 20 minutes:
🥗 One-Pan Salmon & Veggie Bowls
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
1 bag pre-cut broccoli or green beans
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 squeeze lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (air fryer works too if you’re in a rush).
Toss veggies with olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a sheet pan.
Add salmon fillets, drizzle with olive oil, season, and squeeze fresh lemon on top.
Roast 15–18 minutes until salmon flakes and veggies are tender.
Serve over brown rice or quinoa if you want it heartier.
Dinner = done. Nutritious, anti-inflammatory, and simple enough for even the craziest carpool nights. 🚗💨
💡 Save this so you can find it later when you need a quick, healthy dinner idea!
What’s your go-to busy-night dinner that makes you feel better instead of worse?

Cutting back on caffeine means my mornings look a little different now. Energized has been helping me get through without the crash, and my “wake-up routine” is literally splashing cold water on my face and stretching while my coffee mug glares from the counter.
What’s the one morning habit you can’t skip?

IT’S NICE TO SEE YOU! WE ARE

executive leaders with young living

Hey there, I’m Sharelle! My husband Danny and I live in Evans, Georgia with our daughter Madison who is seven! Becoming a family was not an easy journey for us. For many years we endured countless fertility treatments, one after another, and they all failed. Although I still very much wanted a child eventually I gave up actively pursuing treatment and decided that what was meant to be would be. When I was thirty-nine my world was turned upside down…in the most wonderful way possible!

Madison who was a couple months old came into our lives. I was totally unprepared, yet so ready, to be a mom. I wanted only the best for her. (car seat, crib, toys, etc.) I spent HOURS searching for the best products. (As parents we are our children’s advocates after all). When she began to have trouble sleeping at the age of two my thorough research led me to Young Living. I remember the first time I diffused lavender in her room. She was so relaxed and calm, and FINALLY, so was I! Since that time our family has used their amazing products for so many different things such as digestive support, confidence, focus (what 7-year-old doesn’t need that?), seasonal concerns, and so much more!!! Young Living has enabled us to kick all those nasty toxic chemicals out of our home, so I can relax knowing I am providing a healthy environment for my family. I am so excited to be a part of your Young Living journey!! There is nothing I want more than to serve others who have a desire to live a more natural and healthy life!!!!
