Moving forward will always require courage.

You don’t have to silence the fear.

There’s a truth we don’t talk about enough…

Hurt people often hurt people.
Not always intentionally—but pain has a way of showing up as judgment, criticism, and harshness.

But healing… even though it may feel painful at first… is where everything begins to change.

Because when you face what hurt you instead of running from it, you break the cycle.

When you’ve done the work… when you’ve faced your wounds instead of hiding them… you start to move differently. You lead with compassion. You choose kindness. You extend mercy—because you understand what it feels like to need it.

So today, choose healing.
Choose grace.
Choose to be the reason someone feels seen instead of judged. 🤍

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Alcohol inhibits far burning, if you count macros beer calorie should be counted as half carbs, half fat and wine and hard liquor should be counted as fat.
