The best bookstore.
Today is the first day of Spring!
In the spirit of renewal, we thought this would be the perfect day to drop all the news about the new store! Our loans have been approved and we feel comfort announcing that our new location will be on the corner of First Ave and Indiana Street (100 N First Ave), directly across from Willard Library! Some of you might remember it as Kiwi's Garden Center, a store we frequented as customers. The store is everything we have been looking for and it's very serendipitous in the way everything has been unfolding.
There is a lot planned for this new space! If there has ever been something you wanted us to have or do, feel free to list it in the comments and we will see what we can do!
The timeline for the physical move is shifting some, so bear with us. We have definitely heard from a lot of people who have offered to move and look forward to the help. One thing we can say for certain is that we will be open for Independent Bookstore Day (Saturday, April 25th), possibly at the new store! Ideally, we're aiming for a Grand Re-Opening the second weekend of May with Sidewalk Sale. If you're a vendor and would like to participate in the Sidewalk Sale, shoot us a message and we will add you to the list!
