Autism Everyone

Autism Everyone We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in southwest IN serving families affected by ASD.

At Autism Evansville, our mission is "Forever improving the lives of individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder through partnerships for support, treatments and care." We have a passion and compassion for children with Autism and their families. Autism Evansville provides programs and support such as: A monthly Parent/Caregiver Support Group (to bring parents together for community and education); a quarterly Family Fun Night (a recreation program for ASD children and their siblings); a Community Awareness program (to spread autism awareness to teachers, students, and members of the community to help them better understand the unique needs and differences of ASD children). Autism Evansville also provides vouchers for support, treatments and care.

2.10.26. BEHIND THE SCENES with Autism Everyone:
Recently I was looking through some information, & found some wonderful data regarding the extent of our reach with the families we serve.
It is 100% because of Kelsey's hard work and dedication! Working with someone who genuinely cares and works this hard makes a big difference. I’ve learned a lot from Kelsey!
Thank you for always going above & beyond!
It doesn't go unnoticed! 🩷—Missy

2.2.26. FEBRUARY FAMILY OF THE MONTH

Tucker was diagnosed with autism at 2.5 years old. He is Level 2 and nonverbal, and while he faces significant challenges, he brings so much joy and light into our lives.

He attends school and participates in local inclusive sports, where he continues to grow and learn every day. These programs allow him to be included, have fun, and shine.

Tucker loves swinging, wagon rides, bubbles, popcorn, chocolate milk, and playing with his beloved Hot Wheels cars. He also adores watching Frozen—especially when “Let It Go” plays—and it never fails to make him smile.

While Tucker has many favorite things, our journey with autism also includes some of the scarier realities.
Tucker is a “track star” when it comes to elopement—quick and silent.
We’ve had to educate our local police and fire departments to ensure they’re prepared in case he ever goes missing. We’ve taken every precaution we can, but the fear never quite leaves.

Autism has changed our family in countless ways—some difficult, many beautiful.
Tucker has taught us how to advocate, how to slow down, and how to celebrate every milestone, no matter how small.

We are proud to share our story in hopes it helps others feel seen, supported, and less alone.
Thank you for all that Autism Everyone does for families like ours!

1.28.26. Special thank you to our friends at Evansville Wartime Museum for the invitation to Autism Everyone to conduct community training on Understanding Autism last week!

1.21.26. JANUARY FAMILY OF THE MONTH:

Hi, I’m Jon and I love being silly!
I’m always happy to make people smile and laugh. I’ve come a long way and worked really hard to be able to handle social interactions.

My favorite things to do are watch my favorite movie (Sahara), make play smoothies, and swim!

Things you should know about me:
•I’m just now learning to talk, I like it when you repeat after me. It makes me feel heard.
•I will try and elope.
•Sometimes I still struggle being around people, even though I’ve made a lot of progress, so please be patient with me.

All I ask is you give me a chance and a little love (such as sharing your snacks) and we can be friends. 💙
