At Nurturing Mama, we choose a cash-pay model—not because we don’t value insurance, but because it allows us to care for you the way you deserve.

✨ Longer, unrushed appointments
✨ One-on-one care every visit
✨ Treatment plans based on your body, not insurance rules
✨ Freedom to treat the whole person—not just a diagnosis code

Insurance often decides how long your sessions are, how many visits you get, and what we’re “allowed” to address. Pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic health care don’t fit neatly into those boxes—and they shouldn’t have to.

Cash-pay lets us focus on what actually matters: your healing, your goals, and your long-term wellbeing.

Our mission is to help you thrive—not just survive 🤍

Struggling with pelvic problems? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to live this way.

Nurturing Mama helps support mamas (and beyond) with pelvic concerns like:
• Leaking with coughing, sneezing, or exercise
• Pelvic pain or pressure
• Pain with intimacy
• Core weakness or diastasis recti
• Pregnancy & postpartum changes
• Tailbone, hip, or low back pain

Through personalized, in-home pelvic floor physical therapy, we focus on:
✨ Restoring strength and relaxation
✨ Improving breathing and core connection
✨ Reducing pain and pressure
✨ Helping your body feel safe, supported, and strong again

Pelvic problems are common—but they are not normal and they are treatable.

You deserve to move, laugh, exercise, and live without fear or discomfort 🤍

Which hand moves more when you breathe?

Try this:
Place one hand on your chest and one hand on your belly. Take a slow breath in through your nose.

✨ Which hand moved more?

If it was your bottom (belly) hand, that’s diaphragmatic breathing—exactly what we want.
Your diaphragm is doing the work, allowing your belly to gently rise while your chest stays relatively quiet.

Why this matters 👇
• Supports pelvic floor function
• Reduces neck and shoulder tension
• Improves core connection
• Calms your nervous system
• Supports pregnancy & postpartum recovery & pelvic floor dysfunction

If your top (chest) hand moved more, don’t worry—this is very common, especially with stress, pain, or postpartum changes. It’s something we can gently retrain.

💛 Slow down.
💛 Soften your ribs.
💛 Let the belly rise.

Breathing well is foundational care—especially for mamas

“How often should you really have a lymphatic drainage massage? 🤔

The answer depends on YOU – your goals, your body, and your lifestyle.

✨ For post-op recovery, sessions may be needed 2-3x/ week.
✨ For wellness, detox & maintenance, 1-2x/ month is perfect.
✨ For body sculpting or skin glow, weekly sessions can keep results consistent.

At Nurturing Mama, we tailor every plan to your unique needs, taking into account your goals, medical history, and lifestyle. 🌿
